船用中速柴油机冷启动工况下缸壁燃油附壁研究

目前缺少对柴油机冷启动工况下燃油液滴附着在缸壁过程研究及机理分析,研究针对某型船用中速柴油机活塞火力岸存在的烧蚀现象,采用多维计算流体力学(CFD)软件解释了活塞火力岸烧蚀区域对应的缸壁位置附着燃油的机理。结果表明,在低转速冷启动工况下,由于大量柴油液滴撞壁导致缸内燃烧区域集中在燃烧室壁面附近及喷孔位置附近,喷油路径中间区域形成了低温区域,喷油阶段后期喷射的柴油主要位于低温区域导致雾化效果较差,这部分未蒸发完全的漂浮液态油滴在缸内涡流带动下在燃烧…查看全部>>
