不同水含量对润滑油性能的影响研究
Study on the influence of different water content on the properties of lubricating oil
车用发动机润滑油的劣化、变质,可以造成被润滑零件表面磨损及损伤、腐蚀,从而使发动机发生故障、可靠性降低、使用寿命缩短,而乳化是润滑油最常见的失效形式。本文主要简述了润滑油乳化的原理及其严重性,并通过添加不同水含量到润滑油里,研究不同水含量对润滑油性能的影响程度,结果表明:4%水含量时对润滑油的理化数据和抗磨损性能影响最小,并对润滑油乳化的原因进行了分析,为后续润滑油性能升级积累了数据。
The deterioration and deterioration of automotive engine lubricating oil can cause surface wear and damage and corrosion of lubricated parts, thus causing engine failure, reduced reliability and shortened service life, and emulsification is the most common failure form of lubricating oil. This paper mainly describes the principle and severity of lubricating oil emulsification, and studies the degree of influence of different water contents on lubricating oil properties by adding different water contents to lubricating oil. The results show that 4% water content has the least influence on the physicochemical data and wear resistance of lubricating oil, and analyzes the reasons for lubricating oil emulsification, accumulating data for the subsequent lubricating oil performance upgrade.
