车用柴油常用作柴油发动机的燃料,而CN是衡量柴油在压燃式发动机中发火性能的重要指标,也是车用柴油出厂时的关键质量指标之一。本研究利用FTIR光谱和化学计量学方法建立车用柴油十六烷值的核偏最小二乘法定量分析模型,相关系数R为0.97 ,均偏差为0.05,标准差0.05,说明模型建立的方法较好。进一步对模型进行验证和评价,验证集的20个样品的十六烷值相关系数R为0.945,预测均方差(RMSEP)为0.437。 说明模型的预测效果很好,能满足生产中车用柴油检测精度基本要求,所建的数学模型具有良好的预测能力可以达到常规分析方法的精度要求。

Automotive diesel is commonly used as the fuel of diesel engine, and cetane number (CN) is an important index to measure the igni-tion performance of diesel in compression combustion engine, and is also one of the key quality indexes of automotive diesel when leaving the factory. In this study, Fourier Transform Infrared(FTIR) spectroscopy and stoichiometric methods were used to establish a quantitative analysis model of cetane value of automotive diesel oil by kernel partial least squares(KPLS). The correlation coeffi-cient R was 0.97, the mean deviation was 0.05, and the standard deviation was 0.05, indicating that the model was established by a good method. The model was further verified and evaluated. The cetane number correlation coefficient R of 20 samples in the valida-tion set was 0.945, and Root mean square error of prediction (RMSEP) was 0.437. It shows that the prediction effect of the model is very good, and it can meet the basic requirements of the detection accuracy of vehicle diesel oil in production.
