船用甲醇/柴油双直喷发动机喷油器参数优化研究
A study on the optimization of injector parameters for marine methanol/diesel dual direct injection engine
本研究针对船用甲醇/柴油双燃料缸内直喷发动机的喷油器参数进行深入优化,分别探究了甲醇和柴油喷油器相对位置以及多层喷孔结构下的甲醇喷油器结构参数对发动机燃烧和排放特性的影响机制。研究结果表明:甲醇喷油器喷孔位置相对于柴油喷油器喷孔位置对甲醇/柴油双直喷发动机的影响更加显著。当甲醇喷油器喷孔位置位于缸盖下2.0 mm-4.0 mm时柴油预混火焰对甲醇喷雾的引燃效果较好,发动机具有综合较优的燃油经济性和排放性能。进一步针对多层喷孔甲醇喷油器的应用效果进…查看全部>>
