废气再循环(EGR)系统是降低柴油机NOx 排放的重要手段,但会对其他污染物排放带来不同程度的影响。本文基于发动机台架在一台高压共轨重型柴油机上进行EGR 与可变截面涡轮增压(VGT)稳态正交试验,探究了稳态工况下EGR 阀开度对柴油机NOx、CO、CO2 和碳烟等污染物的影响。研究结果表明,NOx 排放随EGR 阀开度升高呈下降的趋势,当EGR 阀开度超过50%时,NOx 排放降幅变缓。柴油机CO 排放随EGR 阀开度的升高呈上升趋势,这一趋势…查看全部>>
