预燃室结构参数对汽油机稀薄燃烧的影响
Effect of pre-chamber structure parameters on leanburn characteristics for gasoline engine
本文基于研究型热力学单缸机试验研究了预燃室射流点火汽油机超稀薄燃烧热效率的影响,探索了预燃室结构参数对发动机燃烧及排放的作用规律。研究中选取发动机常见最低油耗点工况2750 r/min,平均指示压力为1.05 MPa,通过调节进气量及循环喷油量改变过量空气系数,在试验所选工况及所选方案范围内的研究结果表明:预燃室结构参数对燃烧过程影响较为明显,采用射流锥角为120°、喷孔面积为6.8 mm2 的直孔的结构设计能够更为有效地提高缸内的燃烧速率,有利…查看全部>>
Influence of pre-chamber on thermal efficiency based on ultra-lean combustion was studied on a single-cylinder research engine (SCRE). The effects of the structural parameters of pre-chamber on combustion and emissions were explored. In this study, the working condition was selected which was 2750 r/min @ 1.05MPa IMEP.
