亚共晶铸造铝硅合金的锌元素强化研究

Study on Zinc Element Strengthening of Hypoeutectic Cast Aluminum Silicon Alloy

亚共晶铝硅合金作为轻量化材料被广泛应用,如内燃机气缸盖、机体等。ZL114A合金是我国自主研发的一款亚共晶铸造铝硅合金,为提高力学性能,拓宽应用范围,同时提高废铝回收利用率,利用扫描电子显微镜、透射电子显微镜、维氏硬度实验和室温拉伸实验等对亚共晶铸造铝硅合金ZL114A的锌元素强化进行了研究。结果表明:添加Zn后,ZL114A析出相种类没有增加;Zn加快了析出过程,时效工艺相同时,Zn使GP区数量和尺寸增加、β´´相数量和尺寸都增加。利用合理的时效工艺,Zn使屈服强度小幅提高的同时保证较高伸长率。时效工艺是165℃+1h--120℃+12h时,ZL114A+0.35wt.%Zn合金的屈服强度为236MPa,伸长率为7.8%。

Hypoeutectic aluminum silicon alloys are widely used as lightweight materials, such as cylinder heads and engine bodies of internal combustion engines. ZL114A alloy is a hypoeutectic cast aluminum silicon alloy independently developed in China. In order to improve the mechanical properties, broaden the scope of application, and improve the recovery rate of waste aluminum, the zinc strengthening of hypoeutectic cast aluminum silicon alloy ZL114A was studied by using scanning electron microscope, transmission electron microscopy, vickers hardness test and room temperature tensile test. The results show that after adding Zn, the types of precipitated phases in ZL114A do not increase; Zn accelerates the precipitation process, and with the same aging process, the number and size of GP zones β´´increase because of Zn. By using a reasonable aging process, the yield strength slightly increases while the elongation is ensure high. When the aging process is 165+1h--120℃+12h, the yield strength of ZL114A+0.35wt.% Zn alloy is 236MPa and the elongation is 7.8%.
