高压喷射乙二醇双燃料发动机的燃烧与排放特性研究
Combustion and Emission Characteristics of a Diesel Dual Fuel Engine with High Pressure Injection of Ethylene Glycol
为了提高发动机的动力性能以及降低污染物排放水平,在一台直列 4 缸涡轮增压共轨柴油机上,研究不同高压喷射乙二醇(EGP5、EGP10、EGP20)在不同替代率(EG0、EG5、EG10、EG15)下对发动机燃烧与排放特性的影响。研究结果表明:在相同喷射压力(EGP)下,缸内峰值压力和峰值放热率随着乙二醇替代率的增加,呈先下降后上升的趋势;随着乙二醇喷射压力的增加,缸内平均温度也随之增加,滞燃期基本不变,燃烧持续期略微缩短,而且NOx排放量随着替代率的增加而下降;在相同替代率下,随着EGP的增加,缸内峰值压力略微下降,而有效热效率越大,且EGP20 的有效热效率平均比EG5 高出 1.6%。总而言之,当乙二醇的喷射压力为 20MPa时,发动机的燃烧与排放性能得到较好的平衡。
In order to improve the engine's power performance and reduce pollutant emissions,the effects of different high-pressure injection of ethylene glycol(EGP5,EGP10,EGP20)on the engine's combustion and emission characteristics under different substitution rates(EG0,EG5,EG10,EG15)were studied on an inline 4-cylinder turbocharged common rail diesel engine.The research results show that under the same ethylene glycol injection pressure(EGP),the peak pressure and peak heat release rate in the cylinder show a trend of first decreasing and then increasing with the increase of ethylene glycol substitution rate;As the injection pressure of ethylene glycol increases,the average temperature in the cylinder also increases,and the ignition delay period remains basically unchanged.The combustion duration is slightly shortened,and NOx emissions decrease with the increase of substitution rate.The weighted average particle size of ultrafine particles shows a trend of first increasing and then decreasing;At the same substitution rate,with the increase of EGP,the peak pressure in the cylinder slightly decreases,while the effective thermal efficiency increases,and the average effective thermal efficiency of EGP20 is 1.6%higher than that of EG5.In summary,when the injection pressure of ethylene glycol is 20MPa,it can effectively balance the combustion and emission performance of the engine.
