RH旋流喷吹精炼多相流及脱氢行为研究
Study on Multiphase Flow and Dehydrogenation Behavior during RH Swirling-Flow Injection Refining Process
针对本文作者提出的旋流喷吹创新技术,开展了RH多相流及反应行为研究,建立了RH精炼过程三维数学模型,利用水模型实验混匀时间验证了数值模拟的可靠性,研究了喷嘴水平旋转角度及喷吹气体流量对RH精炼过程中多相流动及传质行为的影响,进一步耦合了RH精炼过程脱氢反应模型,分析了喷嘴水平旋转角度及气体流量对RH脱氢效率的影响。
The study on multiphase flow and reaction behavior in RH with a novel swirl injection technique was carried out.Mathematical model has been confirmed to be reliable by comparing the measured and simulated mixing times.The effect of nozzle angles and gas flow rate on multiphase flow and mass transfer behavior in RH refining process was studied.Furthermore,a coupled model with dehydrogenation reactions and fluid flow was developed to investigate the effect of nozzle angles and gas flow rate on dehydrogenation efficiency.
