文章描述当今露天矿山中大型设备的操作人员所处环境复杂多变,大型矿用机械设备正在作业时需要1-2名操作员对设备进行操控,设备现场作业时,工作环境较差,操作人员容易患上呼吸道等各方面职业疾病。 矿山工作环境差,存在招工困难等问题。为此提出了矿用挖掘机远程操控技术的研发及应用,遵循可靠性、可扩展性、高效性、易用性、数据安全等多维度原则,确保远程遥控驾驶系统安全可靠,实用性强,既保障作业安全,又保障作业效率。保障员工安全,使操作员脱离驾驶室,减少操作员往返工作现场次数,降低运营成本,改善操作员工作环境,降低人员流动率,操作员集中管理,降低沟通成本易于按计划施工。挖掘机开发自适应挖掘、起重臂软着陆、倾角控制等智能化安全运行功能。

The article describes the complex and volatile environment in which operators of large equipment in open pit mines operate. Large mining machinery and equipment require 1-2 operators to control the equipment while they are operating. When the equipment is operating on site, the working environment is poor, and operators are prone to various occupational diseases such as upper respiratory tract. The working environment of the mine is poor, and there are problems such as difficulty in recruiting workers. Therefore, the research and application of remote control technology for mining excavators is proposed, which follows multi-dimensional principles such as reliability, scalability, efficiency, ease of use, and data security to ensure that the remote control driving system is safe, reliable, and highly practical, ensuring both operational safety and operational efficiency. Ensure employee safety, enable operators to leave the cab, reduce the number of times operators travel to and from the work site, reduce operating costs, improve the operator work environment, reduce personnel turnover, centralize operator management, reduce communication costs, and facilitate construction on schedule. Excavators develop intelligent and safe operation functions such as adaptive excavation, boom soft landing, and inclination control.
