白云鄂博铁矿智能矿山建设与实践

以包钢(集团)公司白云鄂博铁矿智能矿山建设为例,论述了白云铁矿智能矿山生产调度系统、矿用汽 车无人驾驶系统、采矿设备远程操控系统、智能矿山安全管理信息平台等子系统(模块)的建设情况,实践证明,智能矿山可提升生产效率、矿产资源利用率、设备本质安全水平,降低矿山运营成本。在建设实践过程中,总结了需关注的关键点、难点及建设经验,提出了相应解决思路,以缩短建设周期,降低资金投入,为矿山企业智能化转型提供借鉴和参考。

Taking the construction of Baiyunebo iron mine intelligent mine of Baogang Group as an example, the construction of subsystems(modules) such as intelligent mine production scheduling system, mine truck driverless system, remote control system of mining equipment and intelligent mine safety management information platform is discussed. It has proved that intelligent mines can improve production efficiency, mineral resource utilization, equipment intrinsic safety level and reduce mine operating costs by practicing. In the practical process of construction, the key points, difficulties and construction experience that need to be focused on are summarized, and corresponding solutions are proposed, shorten the construction period and reducing capital investment, which provides useful reference for the intelligent transformation of the mining enterprises.
