表面粗糙度对硬铝合金性能结果的影响

机械加工后的拉伸标准圆试样表面粗糙度Ra都有技术要求,标准试样的表面粗糙度Ra对材料的抗拉 强度Rm、规定非比例延伸强度Rp0.2和断后伸长率A都有一定的影响,尤其在新产品验证过程中采集到的数 据的真实有效性尤为重要。本试验采用硬铝合金制取试样在同一部位,不同表面粗糙度Ra条件下对力学性能 结果的影响;在同一表面粗糙度Ra条件下,对试样进行打磨后,不同的打磨方向对力学性能结果的影响;明确拉伸试样在制备过程中对力学性能测试结果影响胡几个问题。通过试验表明机械加工设备胡稳定性、精度和刀具胡刃磨是造成表面粗糙度Ra大的主要透因,所以要在平时加强对设备的维护和提高基本技能尤为重要。
After mechanical processing the surface roughness (Ra) of the tensile standard round specimen has technical requirements.The surface roughness Ra of the standard specimen has a certain effect on the non-proportional extension strength (Rp0.2) and the post-break elongation (A) of the material under the specified tensile strength (Rm), in particular the validity of the data collected in the process of new product verification is very important. In this experiment, the effect of different surface roughness(Ra) on the mechanical properties of the samples made of hard aluminum alloy at the same position was investigated;Under the condition of the same surface roughness (Ra), the effect of different grinding directions on the mechanical properties of the sample was studied;Several problems about theinfluence of tensile specimen on the mechanical properties during the preparation process were clarified. The experiments show that the stability, precision and grinding of cutting tools are the main inducements for the large (Ra) of surface roughness, so it is very important to strengthen the maintenance of the equipment and to improve the basic skills in peacetime.
