本文为了探究影响铝及铝合金粉材活性金属超标的因素,采用气体容量法针对不同品味铝原料铝粉、不同制样温度铝粉、不同破碎时间铝粉、不同湿度铝粉分别进行测定,比较其活性铝含量,得出原料的品味低、杂质多、成分复杂会导致活性超标;铝粉的过粉碎或过磨导致其比表面的增大,颗粒与氧的接触面积越大,铝粉活性含量降低;铝粉在潮湿的空气中会发生缓慢的氧化反应,湿气过重则使铝粉的氧化反应加剧,因此湿度过大也会造成活性超标;铝与氧的亲和力很强,温度过高可导致粉体氧化加剧,也是导致活性超标的一个主要因素。

In this paper, the gas capacity method is used to measure aluminum powder with different taste, different sample temperature, different crushing time and different humidity. The active aluminum content is compared, and it is concluded that the raw materials with low taste, more impurities and complex composition will lead to excessive activity. The over-grinding or over-grinding of aluminum powder leads to the increase of the specific surface, and the larger the contact area between particles and oxygen, the lower the active content of aluminum powder. Aluminum powder in humid air will occur slow oxidation reaction, moisture is too heavy to aggravate the oxidation reaction of aluminum powder, so humidity is too high will cause excessive activity; Aluminum and oxygen affinity is very strong, the temperature is too high can lead to intensified oxidation of powder, is also a major factor leading to excessive activity.
