电控空压机节油策略及测试方法研究

为满足第四阶段油耗法规(FE4)的要求,挖掘发动机的空压机电子化节油潜力;本论文分别采用发动机台架油耗循环工况测试方法和整车转毂油耗循环工况测试方法,获得了电控空压机不同控制策略下的节油效率;为空压机电子化的开发提供了技术支持。

In order to meet the requirements of the Stage IV fuel consumption regulation (FE4), and tap the fuel saving potential of the engine's air pump; In this paper, the fuel consumption cycle test method of engine bench and the fuel consumption cycle test method of vehicle hub were used respectively to obtain the fuel-saving efficiency under different control strategies of electronically controlled air pump. It provides technical support for the development of electronically controlled air pump.
