凋落物浸提液对高山松种子萌发和幼苗生长的影响2
Effects of Litter Extract on Seed Germination and Seedling Growth of Pinus alpine
[目的]为深入了解凋落物浸提液对高山松种子发芽及幼苗生长的影响,以及高山松种子的质量状况。[对象]选取比日神山、林芝镇林芝桥、东久乡东久桥、卡定沟、丹娘乡五个样地内的高山松林作为研究对象,[方法]在野外采集样品、带回实验室进行试验、得出数据利用SPSS和Excel软件进行分析,探讨凋落物浸取液对高山松种子萌发和幼苗生长的影响。[结果](1)各样点间不同凋落物浓度的发芽率均存在显著差异(P<0.05),其中所有对照组中DD样点的萌发率最大高达 94.67%,其次为LL样点萌发率达到 93.00%,最小的为BK样点的萌发率(71.00%)。(2)BK样点种子在 5%浓度处理下的各发芽指标增加最多,均表现为RI>0.2,且发芽势、发芽指数的化感作用响应指数达到 0.3~0.5之间,说明此处理下对BK样点种子的萌发具有中等强度的促进作用,同时随着浓度的增大发芽指数有减小的趋势。(3)BB样点种子在浸提液处理下发芽率表现为存在微弱的抑制作用(RI=0.2),随着浓度的增大,抑制作用出现变强的趋势但不明显,在 20%处理下抑制强度达到最大;DZ种子各萌发指标在处理下同样表现为轻微抑制的作用,与BB不同的是DZ样点种子在 15%下才开始出现抑制现象,在 25%处理下抑制强度达到最大且还有上升趋势;LL样点种子表现出来的结果与前者不同,在 5%浓度处理下各发芽指数的抑制效果达到最大(RI=-0.32),抑制作用达到中等程度,且随着浓度增大抑制效果逐渐降低,在 25%浓度处理下转变为轻微的促进作用。[结论]总体上根长、茎长、针叶长表现出化感抑制的趋势,随着浸提液浓度的上升而下降,但是样点不同的种子以及种子的各个器官对浸提液的反应是不一样的,根长反应最大,其次是径长,针叶长随水浸液浓度变化较小。
[Objective]To further understand the effects of litter extract on seed germination and seedling growth of Pinus korshinskii,and the quality of Pinus korshinskii seeds.[object]]than day mountain,nyingchi nyingchi bridge town,township east east long long bridge,card set groove,DanNian township five mountain pine forests within the sample area as the research object,[method]in the wild samples,back to the lab for test,it is concluded that the data using SPSS and Excel software were analyzed,and explore the litter leaching liquid of sikang pine seed germination and seedling growth.[Results]](1)There were significant differences in the germination rate of different litter concentrations among different points(P<0.05).In all the control groups,the germination rate of DD sample was as high as 94.67%,followed by that of LL sample was 93.00%,and that of BK sample was the lowest(71.00%).(2)BK sample seeds in 5%concentration under the processing of the germination index increased the most,are characterized by RI>0.2,the allelopathy of germination potential,germination index and response index between 0.3~0.5,shows that this processing of BK sample seed germination under a moderate role in promoting,at the same time germination index has a tendency to decrease with the increase of concentration.(3)There was a weak inhibition effect(RI=0.2)on the germination rate of seeds from BB sample sites under the treatment of extraction solution.With the increase of concentration,the inhibition tended to be stronger but not obvious,and the inhibition intensity reached the maximum under 20%treatment.The germination indexes of DZ seeds also showed slight inhibition under the treatment.Different from BB,the inhibition of seeds in DZ sample spots only began at 15%,and the inhibition intensity reached the maximum at 25%treatment and showed an upward trend.The results of LL sample seeds were different from the former.The inhibition effect of each germination index reached the maximum(RI=-0.32)under the treatment of 5%concentration,and the inhibition effect reached a medium degree,and the inhibition effect gradually decreased with the increase of the concentration,and changed to a slight promotion effect under the treatment of 25%concentration.[Conclusion]In general,root length,stem length and needle length showed a tendency of allelopathic inhibition,and decreased with the increase of the concentration of aqueous extract.However,the responses of different seeds and various organs of seeds to the extract were different.The root length had the largest response,followed by diameter length,and needle length had little change with the concentration of aqueous extract.
