水性油漆替代过程中喷涂设备的改造研究

油性涂料线改用水性涂料后,喷漆房设备、施工环境、工艺、施工的规范性等均需要改造和提升。因为水性漆的溶剂是水,所以水性漆在冬季施工过程中困难更大,为避免水汽凝结,只能在干燥洁净而温度又高于露点3℃以上的零件表面上施工,相对湿度低于80%。压缩空气在冬季温度低,有气喷涂设备在喷枪口由于空气高压高速必然出现冷凝的效果,这样对水性漆冬季施工很不利,严重的影响漆膜成型,三合一的喷涂设备的应用、热风循环系统完美解决冬季温度低和夏季湿度大的施工难题。

After changing the oil-based coating line to water-based coating, the equipment, construction environment, process, and construction standardization of the spray booth need to be renovated and improved. Because the solvent of water-based paint is water, it is more difficult to apply water-based paint during winter construction. To avoid condensation of water vapor, it can only be applied on the surface of dry and clean parts with a temperature above 3 ℃ above the dew point, with a relative humidity of less than 80%. Compressed air has a low temperature in winter, and the air spraying equipment at the nozzle will inevitably experience condensation due to high pressure and high speed of the air, which is very unfavorable for the winter construction of water-based paint and seriously affects the formation of the paint film. The application of the three in one spraying equipment and the hot air circulation system perfectly solve the construction problems of low temperature in winter and high humidity in summer.
