Experimental Study on the Influence Law of Sound Radiation of FPLG
为探究自由活塞直线发电机(FPLG)整机声辐射影响规律,开展噪声测试台架试验。通过LMS测试系统进行数据采集及处理,选择平行六面体测量面并安装7个传声器,针对某FPLG探究喷油脉宽、点火位置、喷油位置等参数变化对整机声辐射的影响规律。结果显示,在试验探究的范围内,整机运转时的声压级随喷油脉宽增加而增加,呈正相关;点火位置为27mm时,FPLG工作状况最佳,整机声压级为107.2dB;喷油位置为39mm时,整机声压级明显高于对照组,达到105.6d…查看全部>>
In order to investigate the effect of sound radiation on free-piston linear generator (FPLG), the noise test bench test was carried out.
