施肥和混播对退化草地土壤和牧草产量的影响1
Effects of fertilization and mixed sowing on soil and pasture yield in degraded grassland
[目的]研究施肥和混播牧草对松嫩平原黑龙江省西部退化草地土壤养分和牧草产量的影响,探索本地区天然退化草地修复的最佳施肥量和牧草混播比例。[方法]试验以黑龙江省西部天然轻度退化草地为研究对象,设 6个水平氮磷钾施肥组合、2种豆禾牧草(沙打旺Astragalus adsurgens Pall.和披碱草Elymus dahuricus Turcz。)混播比例,探讨施肥和混播对土壤养分变化及对牧草产量的影响。[结果]在确定混播比例的情况下,施肥能显著提高土壤速效养分含量和牧草产量。浅层土壤养分变化受施肥和混播的影响较大,深层土壤受影响小。施肥、混播及二者交互对土壤速效氮含量影响显著(p<0.05),0-10 cm土层速效氮、速效磷含量的变化趋势与氮、磷添加水平的高低基本一致,豆禾 1:2混播的 0-10 cm土层全氮、速效氮、速效磷含量高于同一施肥水平下的豆禾 2:2混播。A6(N300P200K90)处理的电导率显著高于其他处理(p<0.05)。豆禾 2:2混播+N150P0K180、豆禾 1:2混播+N300P200K90的 1 m2样方地上生物量分别为 290.68 g与254.31 g,是各自混播比例下最高的。[结论]综合考虑牧草产量及土壤养分变化情况,豆禾 2:2混播,N施量以 150 kg/hm2较适宜。
[Objective]The effects of fertilization and mixed sowing on soil nutrients and pasture yield in degraded grassland of Songnen Plain in western Heilongjiang province were studied in order to determine the optimal amount of fertilization and the ratio of legume to grass in mixed sowing for restoration of natural degraded grassland in this area.[Methods]The experiment took the natural light degraded grassland in Songnen Plain of western Heilongjiang province as the research object,six different fertilization treatments and two mixed sowing ratios of legume and grass pasture seed(Astragalus adsurgens Pall.and Elymus dahuricus Turcz.)were set up to explore the effects of fertilization and mixed sowing on soil nutrient changes and pasture yield.[Results]Fertilization could significantly improve available nutrients and pasture yield under the condition of determining the ratio of mixed sowing.The changes of soil nutrients in shallow layer were greatly affected by fertilization and mixed sowing than in deep layer.Fertilization,mixed sowing and their interaction had significant effects on the content of soil available nitrogen(p<0.05).The variation trend of available nitrogen and available phosphorus in 0-10 cm soil layer were basically consistent with addition of nitrogen and phosphorus.The contents of total nitrogen,available nitrogen and available phosphorus in 0-10 cm soil layer of legume-grass in the 1:2 configuration mixed sowing were higher than in the 2:2 configuration under the same fertilization level.The conductivity of A6(N300P200K90)was significantly higher than other treatments(p<0.05).The aboveground biomass in 1 m2 quadrat of legume-grass in the 2:2 configuration+N150P0K180 and legume-grass in the 1:2 configuration+N300P200K90 achieved 290.68 g and 254.31 g,were the highest respectively.[Conclusion]Considering forage yield and changes of soil nutrient,legume-grass in the 2:2 configuration mixed sowing,and fertilizer application of 150 kg/hm2 N can be recommended,based on these results.
