果用型沙棘良种'晋棘2号'

以丰产、果柄长、功能性成分含量高作为中国沙棘的选育目标。'晋棘 2 号'是 2013 年从山西省朔州市右玉县野生沙棘资源中选育出的良种。2014 年,在山西省朔州市怀仁市进行扦插繁育试验。2015年,分别在山西省朔州市怀仁市、吕梁市文水县和晋中市寿阳县进行区域试验。2015-2020 年在各区试点对其植物学特性、生长习性、结果特性进行研究。研究表明,树体生长旺盛,树姿开张,分枝角度大。叶片互生,披针形,长 4.87～6.12 cm,宽 0.86～0.95 cm,长宽比 5.66～6.44.当年生枝条褐色,老枝灰黑色。果实扁圆形,平均纵径 6.11 mm、横径 5.05 mm,果形指数 0.83,百果质量 11.60 g,果柄长 2.03 mm,种子千粒质量 9.20 g.果实成熟期为 9 月上旬,果色橘黄,果味微甜,平均果枝结果密度为 11.8 个·cm-1.鲜果的总黄酮含量为 0.15%,总酸(以苹果酸计)含量为 2.97%,葡萄糖 5.20%,果糖 1.60%,维生素C含量 0.43%,含水量 73.40%。第 5 年进入盛果期,平均产量 4 500 kg·hm-2,平均单株产量 3.00 kg.2022 年 1 月,该品种通过山西省林业和草原局林木品种审定委员会,审定为林木良种(良种编号:晋S-SC-HR-035-2021)。
High yield,long stalk and high content of functional components were selected as breeding targets for Hippophae rhamnoides L..'Jinji 2'is an improved variety selected from wild H.rhamnoides resources in Youyu County,Shuozhou City,Shanxi Province in 2013.In 2014,the cutting propagation experiment was carried out in Huairen City,Shuozhou City,Shanxi Province.In 2015,regional tests were carried out in Huairen City of Shuozhou City,Wenshui County of Lvliang City and Shouyang County of Jinzhong City in Shanxi Province.From 2015 to 2020,the botanical characteristics,growth habits and fruiting characteristics were studied in each district.'Jinji 2'grows vigorously,the tree posture is open,and the branch angle is large.Leaves alternate,lanceolate,4.87-6.12cm long,0.86-0.95cm wide,length-width ratio 5.66-6.44.The annual branches are brown,and the old branches are gray black.The fruit is oblate,with an average longitudinal diameter of 6.11 mm,a transverse diameter of 5.05 mm,an average fruit shape index of 0.83,an average hundred fruit weight of 11.60 g,an average fruit stalk length of 2.03 mm,and a thousand-grain weight of 9.20 g.The fruit matures in early September.The fruit color is orange and the fruit taste is slightly sweet.The average fruit density of 10 cm fruit branches is 118.The contents of total flavonoids,total acid,glucose,fructose,L(+)-ascorbic acid and water were 0.15%,2.97%,5.20%,1.60%,0.43%and 73.40%,respectively.The average yield was 4500 kg·hm-2 in the fifth year.In January 2022,it was approved as a fine variety of forest trees named'Jinji 2'by the Forest Variety Approval Committee of Shanxi Forestry and Grassland Bureau(Jin S-SC-HR-035-2021).
