高炉二级系统即高炉计算机过程管理系统,与高炉操作专家系统一样,均属当今炼铁界的前沿技术;其中高炉二级系统是高炉操作专家系统的基础,它涉及到自动化、计算机、网络、冶金、智能控制等多个学科,技术集成度高、开发难度大。邯钢通过建设高炉二级系统,实现高炉计算机自动化控制的过程管理,整合各个分系统数据,包括所有高炉主体及外围辅助系统,以及原料、烧结、球团各工序的相关数据融合,上接铁前MES,下连生产系统,实现计划的接收和生产实绩的搜集。数据汇聚后,通过统一的标准化建模方法将各种不同原料、不同维度的数据进行整合关联之后,建立一个对高炉工序全流程的生产、质量、故障等可视化的数据展示平台,可对高炉实现合理、科学、有效的操作,保障高炉的安全、长寿、高效和顺行。
The secondary system of the blast furnace,also known as the blast furnace computer process management system,is a cutting-edge technology in the current ironmaking industry,similar to the blast furnace operation expert system;The secondary system of the blast furnace is the foundation of the blast furnace operation expert system,which involves multiple disciplines such as automation,computer,network,metallurgy,intelligent control,etc.,with high technical integration and high development difficulty.By constructing a secondary system for blast furnaces,Handan Iron and Steel achieves process management for computer automation control of blast furnaces,integrating data from various subsystems,including all blast furnace main and peripheral auxiliary systems,as well as data fusion for raw materials,sintering,and pelletizing processes.It connects MES before iron production and production systems to achieve the reception of plans and the collection of production performance.After data aggregation,a unified standardized modeling method is used to integrate and associate data from different raw materials and dimensions,and a visualization data display platform is established for the production,quality,and faults of the entire blast furnace process.This platform can achieve reasonable,scientific,and effective operation of the blast furnace,ensuring its safety,longevity,efficiency,and smooth operation.
