板材矫直机除鳞装置研究与应用

针对高强度中厚板经板材矫直机矫直时,其氧化铁剥落压入钢板表面形成凹坑缺陷及脱落后的氧化铁进入矫直机辊系影响其工作辊及支承辊使用寿命等问题,深入分析其产生机理,并制定解决方案。设计并制作了一种板材矫直机除鳞装置,利用中压除鳞水对矫直前的钢板上下表面的氧化铁快速清理,避免氧化铁压入,可有效提高矫直后的钢板表面质量,提升钢板产品品质,实现降本增效。

In view of the problem of iron oxide peeling off and pressing into the surface of the steel plate to form pits during the straightening of high-strength medium and thick plates by the plate straightening machine,and the impact of the detached iron oxide entering the straightening machine roller system on the service life of its working and support rollers,this paper deeply analyzes the mechanism of its occurrence and formulates a solution.A descaling device for a plate straightening machine was designed and manufactured,which utilizes medium pressure descaling water to clean the upper and lower surfaces of the steel plate before straightening,avoiding iron oxide intrusion.This can effectively improve the surface quality of the steel plate after straightening,improve the quality of the steel plate product,and achieve cost reduction and efficiency increase.
