本文针对板材矫直机主传动系统关键零部件安全保护问题,基于摩擦联接动静转变基本原理,结合位移型圆锥过盈配合相关理论,设计一种极限扭矩可调的安全联轴器。利用位移型圆锥过盈配合产生的结合力提供摩擦联接的正压力,利用摩擦联接产生的摩擦力传递扭矩,承载能力高,可根据不同工况快速准确地设定极限扭矩值,可实现刚柔转换,安全保护时联轴器不失效,并对其性能测试,结果表明:安全联轴器可实现过载安全保护功能,能够满足使用要求,实现产线高效生产。

In view of the safety protection of the main drive system parts of the plate straightener,based on the basic principle of dynamic and static transformation of friction connection,combined with the relevant theory of displacement cone interference fit,a safety coupling with adjustable limit torque is designed.The positive pressure of the friction joint is provided by the binding force produced by the displacement type cone interference fit,and the torque is transmitted by the friction force produced by the friction joint.The bearing capacity is high.The limit torque value can be set quickly and accurately according to different working conditions,and the rigid flexible conversion can be realized.The coupling will not fail during the safety protection.The results indicate that the safety coupling can achieve overload safety protection function,meet usage requirements,and achieve efficient production on the production line.
