基于显微组织数字化的EH690海工钢组织性能研究
Study on the Microstructure and Properties of EH690 Marine Steel Based on Digital Characterization of Microstructure
以EH690 海工钢为研究对象,结合扫描电镜、EBSD和力学性能实验等,利用显微组织数字化方法,研究了不同的板厚位置显微组织与性能之间的关系,结果表明EH690海工钢厚度方向由板厚表面到心部,显组织由板条状贝氏体向粒状贝氏体过渡,且晶粒尺寸也逐步增大,心部相变机制发生变化,变体选择加强,心部形成了以单一粗大Bain组主导的相变组织,晶体学packet和Bain组的尺寸也逐渐增大,从表面到心部的低温冲击韧性降低,其变化主要与晶体学结构晶界密度紧密相关,尤其是block界面,其变化趋势基本与冲击功一致,即block界面密度越大,冲击韧性也就越高。
Taking EH690 marine steel as the research object,combined with scanning electron microscope,EBSD and mechanical property experiment,the relationship between microstructure and properties at different plate thickness positions was studied by using the digital method of microstructure,The transformation structure dominated by a single coarse Bain group is formed in the center.The size of the Crystallography packet and Bain group also gradually increases,and the low-temperature impact toughness from the surface to the center decreases.Its change is closely related to the grain boundary density of the Crystallography structure,especially the block interface.Its change trend is basically consistent with the impact energy,that is,the higher the density of the block interface,the higher the impact toughness.
