Quality control and managementof rubber seals for internal combustion engines
橡胶件广泛应用在内燃机的各个部位，且形式多样、种类繁多，内燃机企业在生产过程中需要采购大量的橡胶制品用于产品的装配，如何对橡胶制品进行检验、存贮、管理，防止橡胶件老化、失效，进而影响到产品质量，是企业面临的一个重大问题。本文从橡胶件的质量控制、存贮和对供应商的管理等方面进行阐述，为此类零件的质量控制提供了思路。
Rubber parts are widely used in various parts of internal combustion engine in various forms and varieties. Internal combustion engine enterprises need to purchase a large number of rubber products in the production process for product assembly, how to inspect, store and manage the rubber products to prevent them from aging and invalidation, which will affect the quality of the products, is an important problem faced by enterprises. In this paper, the quality control, storage and supplier management of rubber parts are discussed, which provides a train of thought for the quality control of this kind of parts.
