基于白腐菌预处理和杀菌剂浸渍联合改性的竹材长效防霉技术研究
Enhancing long-term mold resistance of bamboo through combining Trametes versicolor bioincising and biocide impregnation
[目的]为了克服竹材易霉变的缺陷,采用白腐菌预处理联合有机杀菌剂浸渍对竹材进行改性处理,揭示了改性处理竹材的防霉效力,为研发绿色长效竹材防霉处理技术提供理论支撑。[方法]采用彩绒革盖菌(T.versicolor)对竹材进行生物预处理,系统研究白腐菌预处理对竹材中药剂渗透性、竹材力学性能和竹材结构与组分的影响,然后联合有机杀菌剂浸渍对竹材进行改性处理,探究联合改性处理竹材的防霉性能。[结果]吸液率结果表明,与未处理竹材相比,彩绒革盖菌预处理过程增强…查看全部>>
