不同品系杉木幼苗侧枝生长发育的比较研究

Comparative study on growth and development of lateral branches of different types of Cunninghamia lanceolata

为筛选出株型良好、侧枝条件优良的杉木幼苗,在福建农林大学温室大棚内种植三个不同品系杉木一年生幼苗(洋 020无性系组培苗、洋 061无性系组培苗和湖北罗田垂枝杉)作为研究对象,测量其苗木生长量、侧枝生长指标,比较不同品系杉木侧枝发育的差异,分析杉木侧枝生长的相关性。结果表明:(1)平均苗高、地径、高径比在三种不同品系杉木幼苗间均有显著差异,洋 020以高度生长为主,垂枝杉以地径生长为主;(2)侧枝轮数、数目、长度、角度在三个不同品系杉木间均存在显著差异,而侧枝基径则差异不显著;(3)三个不同品系杉木的侧枝长度均与其苗高之间存在极显著的正相关性,洋 020和罗田垂枝杉的侧枝基径与其地径间存在极显著的正相关性,而洋 061的侧枝基径则与其苗高具有极显著的正相关性。

In order to select the seedlings of Cunninghamia lanceolata with good plant type and excellent conditions of lateral branch,A plantation with three different strains of annual seedlings of Cunninghamia lanceolata(tissue culture seedling of yang-020 clones,yang-061 clones and Cunninghamia Lanceolata cv.Luotian)were planted in the greenhouse of Fujian agricultural and Forestry University.The seedling growth and lateral branch growth index were measured,and compare the differences of Lateral branch development of different strains of Cunninghamia lanceolata,to analyze the correlation between the growth of lateral branches of three Cunninghamia lanceolata.The study indicated that:(1)the seedlings among three different strains of Cunninghamia lanceolata has significant differences on ground diameter growth,tree height and height/diameter ratio.Among them,Yang-020 provide more nutrients for high growth and Cunninghamia Lanceolata cv.Luotian provide more nutrients for ground diameter growth;(2)There are significant differences in the number of rounds,number,length and angle of lateral branches among the three different strains of Cunninghamia lanceolata,but there is no significant difference in the basal diameter of lateral branches.(3)There is a very significant positive correlation between the length of lateral branches of three different strains of Cunninghamia lanceolata and its seedling height.There is a very significant positive correlation between the basal diameter of lateral branches and its ground diameter of Yang-020 and Cunninghamia Lanceolata cv.Luotian,while the basal diameter of lateral branches of Yang-061 has a very significant positive correlation with its seedling height.
