[目的]为探讨氮沉降对主要造林树种种子萌发的影响机制。[方法]利用硝态氮(KNO3)、铵态氮((NH4)2SO4)、混合氮(NH4NO3)为三种氮源,通过模拟氮沉降试验,设置 4个不同氮沉降梯度(低氮沉降、中氮沉降、高氮沉降和正常对照),比较不同氮沉降处理对杉木和枫香种子发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数、活力指数的影响,揭示杉木和枫香种子对不同形态氮沉降的响应机制,为筛选氮沉降适应能力强的造林树种提供科学依据。[结果]越高浓度氮沉降对种子萌发的抑制作用越…查看全部>>
