氮沉降模拟对杉木和枫香种子萌发的影响
Effects of Nitrogen Deposition Simulation on Seed Germination of Cunninghamia lanceolata and Liquidambar formosana
[目的]为探讨氮沉降对主要造林树种种子萌发的影响机制。[方法]利用硝态氮(KNO3)、铵态氮((NH4)2SO4)、混合氮(NH4NO3)为三种氮源,通过模拟氮沉降试验,设置 4个不同氮沉降梯度(低氮沉降、中氮沉降、高氮沉降和正常对照),比较不同氮沉降处理对杉木和枫香种子发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数、活力指数的影响,揭示杉木和枫香种子对不同形态氮沉降的响应机制,为筛选氮沉降适应能力强的造林树种提供科学依据。[结果]越高浓度氮沉降对种子萌发的抑制作用越明显,低浓度的NH4+能够促进枫香种子的萌发,且枫香种子在(NH4)2SO4和NH4NO3氮源的低氮沉降处理下对其发芽势和发芽指数有促进作用。[结论]在不同形态氮源及不同氮沉降处理对杉木和枫香种子的发芽指标有不同程度的影响,随氮沉降浓度的提高,氮沉降对两个树种种子发芽的抑制作用增强;0.2%、0.6%(NH4)2SO4和 0.2%、0.6%NH4NO3处理下枫香对氮沉降的耐受程度大于杉木,0.2%、0.6%、1.2%KNO3,1.2%(NH4)2SO4 和 1.2%NH4NO3处理下杉木对氮沉降的耐受程度大于枫香;0.2%(NH4)2SO4处理有利于枫香种子萌发;氮沉降浓度越高其对杉木和枫香种子萌发的抑制作用越大。
[Objective]In order to explore the influence mechanism of nitrogen deposition on seed germination of major afforestation tree species.[Method]using nitrate nitrogen(KNO3),ammonium nitrogen((NH4)2SO4)and mixed nitrogen(NH4NO3)as three nitrogen sources,the simulated nitrogen deposition experiment was carried out.,set up 4 different nitrogen deposition gradients(low nitrogen deposition,medium nitrogen deposition,high nitrogen deposition and normal control)to compare the effects of different nitrogen deposition treatments on the germination rate,germination potential,germination index and vigor index of Cunninghamia lanceolata and Liquidambar formosana seeds.To reveal the response mechanism of Cunninghamia lanceolata and Liquidambar formosana seeds to different forms of nitrogen deposition,and to provide a scientific basis for screening afforestation tree species with strong nitrogen deposition adaptability.[Result]The higher the concentration of nitrogen deposition was,the more obvious the inhibitory effect on seed germination was.Low concentration of NH4 + could promote the germination of Liquidambar formosana seeds,and the germination potential and germination index of Liquidambar formosana seeds were promoted under the low nitrogen deposition treatment of(NH4 +)2SO4 and NH4NO3 nitrogen sources.[Conclusion]Different forms of nitrogen sources and different nitrogen deposition treatments had different effects on the germination indexes of Chinese fir and Liquidambar formosana seeds.With the increase of nitrogen deposition concentration,the inhibitory effect of nitrogen deposition on seed germination of two tree species was enhanced.Under 0.2%,0.6%(NH4+)2SO4 and 0.2%,0.6%NH4NO3 treatments,the tolerance of Liquidambar formosana to nitrogen deposition was greater than that of Chinese fir.Under 0.2%,0.6%,1.2%KNO3,1.2%(NH4)2SO4 and 1.2%NH4NO3 treatments,the tolerance of Chinese fir to nitrogen deposition was greater than that of Liquidambar formosana.0.2%(NH4)2SO4 treatment was beneficial to the germination of Liquidambar formosana seeds.The higher the concentration of nitrogen deposition,the greater the inhibitory effect on the germination of Chinese fir and Liquidambar formosana seeds.
