基于振动仿真的柴油机喷油器故障诊断机理研究

如何获取足量、可用的有标签数据成为了制约基于数据驱动的故障识别方法一大阻碍,仿真是一种不错的数据获取方法。因此,基于AMESIM构建高压共轨系统模型、AVL-fire缸内燃烧模型、AVL-excite整机振动仿真模型,结合台架实验完成对仿真模型的标定,生成喷油器不同故障状态下的缸盖振动仿真数据,并用支持向量机(Support Vector Machine, SVM)对振动仿真数据进行故障识别,准确率达到100%。
