樟树根际和内生细菌群落结构差异研究
Structural variability in the rhizosphere and endosphere bacterial microbiome of Cinnamomum camphora(Linn.)Presl
以芳樟醇型樟树根际土壤、根、茎、叶和果为材料,通过16S rRNA 扩增子测序评估根际土壤细菌及不同组织器官内生细菌群落的多样性。结果表明,樟树根际土壤细菌群落结构主要由 γ-变形菌纲、α形变形菌纲、放线菌纲、嗜热油菌纲、芽孢杆菌纲、酸杆菌纲等组成,而γ形变形菌纲是樟树主要的内生细菌。细菌多样性表现出依赖于植物器官的现象,证实了樟树根际土壤及不同组织器官内生细菌群落的生态位分化。确定了樟树根际土壤和不同组织器官的核心细菌。研究结果对园林绿化用樟树…查看全部>>
