樟树根际和内生细菌群落结构差异研究
Structural variability in the rhizosphere and endosphere bacterial microbiome of Cinnamomum camphora(Linn.)Presl
以芳樟醇型樟树根际土壤、根、茎、叶和果为材料,通过16S rRNA 扩增子测序评估根际土壤细菌及不同组织器官内生细菌群落的多样性。结果表明,樟树根际土壤细菌群落结构主要由 γ-变形菌纲、α形变形菌纲、放线菌纲、嗜热油菌纲、芽孢杆菌纲、酸杆菌纲等组成,而γ形变形菌纲是樟树主要的内生细菌。细菌多样性表现出依赖于植物器官的现象,证实了樟树根际土壤及不同组织器官内生细菌群落的生态位分化。确定了樟树根际土壤和不同组织器官的核心细菌。研究结果对园林绿化用樟树的新品种创制、栽培养护和樟树相关微生物的开发利用具有重要意义。
The rhizosphere soil,root,stem,leaf and fruit of linalool camphor tree were used to evaluate the structural diversity of rhizosphere and endosphere bacterial community by 16sRNA amplification.The results showed that the bacterial community structure in the rhizosphere soil of camphor tree was mainly composed of Gammaproteobacteria,Alphaproteobacteria,Actinobacteria,Thermoleophilia,Bacilli and Acidobacteriae and so on.Gammaproteobacteria was the main endophytic bacteria of camphor tree.Bacterial diversity depended on plant organs,which confirmed the niche differentiation of endophytic bacterial communities in the rhizosphere soil and different organs of camphor trees.The core bacteria in the rhizosphere soil and different organs of camphor trees were determined.The results are of great significance for the creation,cultivation and conservation of new varieties of camphor trees for landscaping and the development and utilization of microorganisms related to camphor trees.
