高牌号无取向硅钢精炼过程夹杂物分析
Analysis of inclusions in high grade non-oriented silicon steel during refining
无取向硅钢的磁性能很大程度上受到钢材内部因素的影响,其中夹杂物的影响至关重要。为了研究无取向硅钢精炼过程中夹杂物的演化机制,选择某高牌号无取向电工钢进行全流程分析。通过蔡司场发射扫描电镜和能谱仪(SEM-EDS)对夹杂物进行形貌、成分和种类进行分析。结果表明:该牌号无取向硅钢在RH阶段添加脱氧剂合金后主要为团簇状和球状Al2O3 类夹杂物;在RH添加脱硫剂后,Al2O3 夹杂物被改性为CaO-Al2O3-MgO夹杂物、MgO-Al2O3 和MgO…查看全部>>
