Comparative Study on Oil Content and Fatty Acid Composition of Main Cultivated Camellia fruits in China
本研究选取在中国南方各省区广泛栽植、具有代表性的 10个油茶品系,对其成熟期果实形态、油脂含量和脂肪酸组成进行了对比研究。采用索氏法法提取油茶籽油,采用气相色谱法测定脂肪酸组成。不同品系油茶果实中油脂的含油率变化范围为 28.45%~61.91%,以广宁红花油茶含油率最佳。脂肪酸主要由油酸(73.22%~84.63%)、棕榈酸(7.46%~13.99%)、亚油酸(2.92%~13.19%)、硬脂酸(1.68%~3.01%)和亚麻酸(0.08%~0…查看全部>>
We examined the fruit morphology,oil content,and fatty acids of 10 Camellia varieties in southern China.The fruit oil was extracted by the Soxhlet method,and the FA composition was determined by gas chromatography.The variati on in oil content ranged from 28.45%to 61.91%.The oil content of Guangning oil tea was the largest.And the major FAs were oleic acid(73.22%~84.63%),palmitic acid(7.46%~13.99%),linoleic acid(2.92%~13.19%),stearic acid(1.68%~3.01%),and li…查看全部>>
