中板轧机AGC液压系统伺服阀运行稳定性研究

中板轧机AGC压下液压缸采用MOOG公司D792 系列三级电液伺服控制阀,伺服阀与液压缸位置传感器、压力传感器采用位置和压力闭环控制。该伺服阀流量大、响应速度快,对钢板厚度控制精度高,大大的提高产品厚度控制精度。在生产过程中,伺服阀频繁出现故障,更换频率高,使用寿命低。通过采取改进措施,有效解决了伺服阀故障,并延长了伺服阀的使用寿命。
